I’m Sophie, a Pilates instructor and the founder of Fe/male Fit House.

Fe/male Fit House was created from the studio.
From daily practice, real experience, and a clear understanding of what movement tools should feel like when they are truly well made.

When I began teaching Pilates in April 2024, I noticed a clear gap.
Equipment was often practical but lacked refinement, or beautifully designed yet not built for real, consistent training.
