RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us at femalefithouse.com. We want to ensure that your experience is satisfactory, and our return policy is designed to provide you with the necessary guidelines for a smooth return or exchange process.

Return Period
You may return or exchange any or all items from your order within 14 days of receiving your purchase. The 14-day period starts from the date your order was delivered.

Return Process

1. Log in to your account on femalefithouse.com.

2. Go to your order and register your return request through the webshop.

3. Once your return is registered, we will accept the return and you can follow the instructions provided.

4. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.

5. Ship the return package to the address provided in the return instructions.

Returns will be processed within seven business days after we receive the package.
Once processed, you will receive a credit note confirmation, and your refund will be issued to the original payment method within a few days.

Return Conditions

- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

- The order must be returned in its original packaging.

- The item must be unused and undamaged.

Non-Acceptance of Returns

If an item does not meet the specified return conditions, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept the return. In such cases, shipping costs for returning the item to you will be charged.

Return of Orders Beyond 14 Days

We cannot accept returns for orders outside the 14-day return period.

Return of Products Purchased Elsewhere

Only products purchased directly from femalefithouse.com are eligible for return. Items bought elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

Important Note

Please retain your postal receipt until you receive confirmation that your return has been received and processed by Female Fit House.

Multiple Orders in One Return

It is possible to return up to two orders in one package. Please include the return form you receive after registering your return online. You will receive a confirmation email for both orders once processed.
