RETURNS POLICY

  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
  3. Cover the return shipping costs.
  4. Ship the return package to our facility.
  5. Returns will be processed within seven business days of receipt.
  6. Upon processing, you will receive a credit note confirmation.
  7. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method within a few days.

Non-Acceptance of Returns: If an item does not meet the specified return conditions, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept the return. In such cases, shipping costs for returning the item to you will be charged.

Return of Orders Beyond 14 Days: We cannot accept returns for orders outside the 14-day return period.

Return of Products Purchased Elsewhere: Only products purchased directly from femalefithouse.com are eligible for return. Items bought elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
