SHIPPING INFORMATION

Thank you for choosing FEMALE FIT HOUSE for your women's sports gear. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please review our shipping information below.

Delivery Locations:

  • FEMALE FIT HOUSE delivers to the Netherlands and Belgium.
    FEMALE FIT HOUSE delivers worldwide through Amazon

Shipping Notification:

  • When your package leaves the warehouse, we will send you an email notification, including a track & trace link to monitor your package's journey.

Delivery Times:

  • Within the Netherlands:

    • Orders placed on business days before 23:00 will be shipped the same day.
    • Expect delivery on the next business day.
    • Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be delivered the following Tuesday.
    • No shipping on public holidays.
  • Orders to countries outside the Netherlands may take slightly longer for delivery.

Tracking Your Order:

  • You can track your order using the track & trace number provided by the delivery service after we ship the package.

Undelivered Orders:

  • If your order status says delivered, but you haven't received anything, contact the shipping service with your track & trace number.
  • If the shipping service can't assist, contact us within 14 days after the shipment for further investigation. After 14 days, we can't initiate an investigation.

Incorrect Item Received:

  • If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at info@femalefithouse.com within 48 hours for swift resolution.

Delivery Costs:

  • Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Shipping rates are as follows:
  • Free shipping with orders over €70 
    • The Netherlands:
      • Letterbox package 0-10KG: €4,95
      • Medium package 0-10KG: €5,95
      • Big package 0-10KG: €6,95
    • Europe:
      • Normal package 0-2KG: €12,50
      • Medium package 2-5KG: €19,95
      • Big package 5-10KG: €25,00

Delivery to Service Point:

  • Unfortunately, service points cannot be selected as a delivery location during order placement.
  • After receiving your track & trace number, you can contact the delivery service to arrange drop-off at a service point.

Missing Item from Order:

  • If there's an item missing from your order, contact us at info@femalefithouse.com within 48 hours for resolution.

Damaged Item Received:

  • If your order was damaged during shipment, contact us at info@femalefithouse.com within 48 hours. Provide photos of the damaged item for a quick resolution.
