Welcome to Female Fit House! We hope you enjoy shopping for women's sports gear with us. To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following terms and conditions that apply to your order.

  1. Offer and Agreement

1.1 When you purchase an article from Female Fit House online via the webshop, you enter into an agreement with Female Fit House. These terms and conditions are binding and apply to each order made on this webshop.

1.2 These terms and conditions are always easily accessible during and after your purchase. You can read or download the most recent version from our website.

1.3 Every effort is taken to ensure the displayed costs are correct. If an offer contains an obvious mistake and/or error, such as an unusually low price, it is not binding for Female Fit House, and we are not obliged to deliver articles at an incorrect fee. Please contact us if you have any doubts about the validity of an offer.

  1. Price and Payment

2.1 The price displayed in the webshop is the total price, including VAT. Shipping costs are stated separately.

2.2 You can pay for your order via one of the payment methods available in the Female Fit House webshop.

  1. Delivery

3.1 We strive to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. If you receive incomplete or damaged product(s), please inform us within 48 hours, and we will work to find a solution.

3.2 To prevent delivery to the wrong address, please provide accurate contact details.

3.3 Orders will be sent to the delivery address specified by you and via the chosen delivery method.

3.4 If an incorrect address is provided, Female Fit House will not be liable for any costs incurred for stating an incorrect address.

  1. Warranty and Complaints

4.1 We display products on our website as completely and accurately as possible. If a product seems different than expected, you may return it within the 14-day reflection period if unopened and in the original packaging.

4.2 Female Fit House guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and specifications in the offer.

4.3 For complaints, please contact us via email.

4.4 If you wish to submit the complaint to another authority, you can do so via the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

  1. Time to Think

5.1 You may revoke the agreement within 14 days after receipt of the product without giving any reason.

5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us via the return portal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods, as outlined in the terms.

5.3 Damaged or used products, or those with damaged packaging, cannot be returned. Return costs are at your own expense.

  1. Gift Cards

6.1 Gift cards can only be purchased online and redeemed at www.femalefithouse.com

6.2 Gift cards cannot be redeemed against the purchase of another gift card.

6.3 If a purchase isn't fully covered by a gift card, an additional payment method can be used to complete the purchase.

6.4 Gift cards are not redeemable or refundable for cash.

6.5 The current balance of a gift card can be checked during check-out or by emailing info@femalefithouse.com

6.6 When purchasing a gift card, it will be sent to the recipient's email address immediately after purchasing. Please provide a correct email address for delivery.

6.7 Female Fit House provides specific denominations for customers to choose from

6.8 A gift card automatically expires once the balance is exhausted.

6.9 A Female Fit House gift card expires after a year.

6.10 Retain an expired gift card if you return a purchase paid for with it. Refunds will be credited on the existing or a new gift card.

6.11 Female Fit House cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or inactivated gift cards.

  1. Gifts and Returns

7.1 When returning an order received as part of an exclusive promotion, gifts must also be returned if you no longer meet the promotion terms.

Adhering to these conditions is crucial for the proper handling of returns. Failure to comply will result in non-returned gifts being deducted from the total refund amount.

8.1 Female Fit House owns all intellectual property rights regarding the Female Fit House brand, the website, and the products.
